WELCOME to our website.  I’m Mark Robbins, President and Owner of Lending Resources Group, Inc. based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  I have been helping individuals and business owners fulfill their commercial real estate financing requirements since 2002.

Lending Resources Group, Inc. has a wide variety of lenders that will grant mortgages in California and 40 other states throughout the U.S. I have originated more than $100MM in mortgages over the past 6 years. My mortgage experience was obtained with some of the largest mortgage lenders in the U. S. including Bank of America and the Centex Corporation. Now, having founded LRG, Inc. in 2007, I am dedicated to continuing to provide the highest level of customer service, the most competitive pricing and a broad range of products from which customers can choose.

Lending Resources Group works with a broad spectrum of property types from office buildings and retail shopping malls to gas stations and multi-family housing. LRG also specializes in helping investors obtain non-recourse financing for their investments in real estate when using funds from their IRA as the down payment.

Our clients’ projects range in size from $1MM to $20MM and we’re always looking to expand our lending limits.
